Returns & Replacements

Do NOT return goods without first obtaining a reference number. Call +61(0)7 - 3279 6235 during normal office hours. State the nature of the problem and seek advice form one of our operators. In the event there has been a fault on behalf of the chefrevival.com.au or it's distribution centre or parent company Global Chef Pty Ltd then we shall provide a replacement or refund. If fault is not deemed to be a fault caused by the supplier then no refund or exchange shall be issued. The supplier has the final decision.
