This page shows the Items List, credit card form and
two buttons to send your orders either online, or Print for faxing or
phone orders.
Click SUBMIT ORDER to send your online order.
PRINT PAGE: so you can faxor phone your order
Note: At this stage
you would be in the SSL secure area, this is to protect you when giving
credit details over the internet. For faxing this is not necessary as
you are not sending the transaction online. For peace of mind we have
included the PRINT PAGE button in the secure area.
